THE FERTILISERS AND CHEMICALS TRAVANCORE LIMITED NOTIFICATION
The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Limited (FACT) has released a notification for the recruitment of Management Trainee (Civil). The number of vacancies indicated includes existing and anticipated vacancies, which will be filled over the period of the validity of the merit panels prepared for the posts.
Vacancies
There are 2 vacancies for the post of Management Trainee (Civil).
Salary
The selected candidates will be offered a consolidated pay of Rs. 37,000/- per month for the first year, besides other benefits. In the second year, they will be posted as Assistant Manager (Designate) with a consolidated pay of Rs. 43,000/- per month. On successful completion of two years of training, they will be absorbed as Assistant Manager at the minimum in the managerial scale of pay of Rs.50000-160000 (E2).
Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the post must have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the candidates is 26 years.
Application Fee
The non-refundable application fee is Rs. 1180/- including GST (excluding bank charges) for Managerial posts.
Selection Process
The selection process is based on the total marks scored in Test (Computer Based Test), Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. The test is proposed to be held at Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, and Kochi. The Group Discussion/ Personal Interview will be held at Kochi.
