There are 90 vacancies for the post of Junior Executive (Engineering- Civil).
Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the post must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Civil. Candidates having B.E./B. Tech/ B. Sc. (Engg.) Degree are allowed to apply against the post for which essential qualification is prescribed as Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Candidates enrolled in the final semester/year on the cut-off date are allowed to apply, subject to the condition that they must be in possession of the final result at the time of Application Verification.
Eligible GATE 2024 Test Paper
Candidates must have appeared for the Civil Engineering GATE paper (code- CE) in 2024.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for the candidates is 27 years as on 01/05/2024.
Pay Scale
The pay scale for the Junior Executive [Group‐B: E‐1 level] is Rs.40000‐3%‐140000. In addition to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, increment @ 3% of Basic Pay per annum, Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay, HRA and other benefits which include CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, Medical Benefits, etc., are admissible as per AAI rules. The Cost to Company per annum would be around Rs. 13 lakhs approximately.
Selection Procedure
The selection procedure includes Application Verification and is based on the GATE Score obtained by the candidates. Candidates already working in Central Government/State Government/Autonomous Body/Public Sector Undertaking are required to produce a “No Objection Certificate” from the present employer at the time of Application Verification.

The online application will be open from 02/04/2024 to 01/05/2024. Applications must be submitted online through AAI’s Website www.aai.aero. The application fee of Rs.300/- is to be paid through ONLINE MODE ONLY.
